This chair came within a few days! My dad had a stroke and he needed a chair to help him in getting up,standing and getting comfortable,it came just in time for my dad being discharged from hospital. Very comfortable and dad loved it thankyou!

Putting them together is reasonably simple but older or physically challenged people will need help unboxing and putting together. Delivery was quick over the new , delivered on the first working day but they just turned up, fortunately I was in.
anonymous 01/12/2023If i had not expierieced If i had not expierieced it i would not have believed it. I ordered thhe chair at 2pm on Wednesday and it was at my Dads 11am next day. I mean how is that for service wow. The chair is great he says its comfy and the tip forward function it helps him get out of chair a lot easies. The control is either up or down so not confusing for him. I also got a great deal so very happy. A genuine 5 star.

anonymous 14/11/2023I purchased the chair for my wife, who sadly is now receiving palliative care. The chair fully meets her requirements, it’s easy to use and is very comfortable. The purchasing was straightforward, simple and effortless. However, the whole experience was somewhat ruined by the delivery service. We live on the fourth floor of an apartment block. The delivery man/men left the chair in the foyer of our building. At no time did he (they) attempt to contact me or use the lift to deliver the chair to my front door. It was left to a neighbour to inform me that two large packages had been left in the foyer. Luckily both my sons were visiting their mother and they were able to bring the chair to our apartment. anonymous 06/09/2023My husband has fell in love with he's chair , he has always suffered with he's back but a week after he's new chair arrived the back pain has gone. Only slight gripe was we never knew when it was being delivered so someone had to stay in for four days till it arrived (not Aosom fault ) it was the delivery firms fault .
