anonymous 13/08/2024The product is fine, my issue is with the delivery company you use, namely XDP. The driver turned up alone and could not carry the boxes himself. He was rude and arrogant to my disabled wife and left the boxes in the hallway with the front door unable to be closed. She had to call me to come home from work to move them so she could shut the door. The driver simply walked away, he had no interest in scanning the code I’d been sent for the delivery. Absolutely disgusted with these people. In reading their reviews it’s virtually impossible to find a good one, 96% bad I think the figure is. They are not doing you any favours but, like I said, the chairs themselves are good, very comfortable, the riser recliner is ideal for my wife who has back problems and is on cruthches all day.

This company were so helpful with any queries I had, quick and fast replies to emails and incredibly quick delivery, two days from date of ordering. The chair is exactly as described , was cheaper than other places that were selling it and the delivery guy was very helpful in bringing it into my home. I would most definitely purchase items from this company again.
