BUT expected a new customer discount which couldn't be applied at the checkout to be told this product wasn't eligible. Complained, and was told I'd get a "partial" discount. Eventually got the discount but what a palaver!
anonymous 19/06/2023The polytunnel is great value for money, seems pretty sturdy even without the guy lines. I buried the frame slightly in the ground and it has stood up great so far. Simple instructions and easy to build. I managed it on my own but it would probably be easier with two. The supplied tools are a bit naff but will do the job, much easier with a proper spanner. Delivery and service all top rate, would recommend!
