Item arrived in 3 boxes and couldn’t believe it fitted in them, was convinced parts would be missing! Good quality product and much cheaper than I’ve seen in the shops. 2 items arrived 1 day and I was a bit concerned as there was a box missing. Contacted the company who quickly replied and after checking they advised 1 box was still with the courier which then arrived the next day. Only annoying thing is the courier didn’t contact me and just turned up so I wasn’t in on the first attempt.

Sent query to company requesting either a replacement table item or a reimbursement for the item last week. To date... still no reply. Therefore reason why I have not given stars at the moment.

Mr Nick Morgan 21/06/2024Good sofa for the garden, fairly simple to set up although 2 people needed to clip base together. Peeling the protective plastic off the feet was the worst bit as it’s fiddly.
