anonymous 26/06/2024Lovely Furniture. The chairs are a bit awkward to put together as mentioned in other reviews, but once built they are comfortable with or without the cushions. I had an issue with the glass on the table that was manufactured incorrectly but after contacting customer services, they rectified the problem by sending out a replacement immediately. The new glass was perfect.

anonymous 28/04/2024Bit of building but easy enough. build by myself took about 4 hours to build everything with a lot of breaks in between all holes lined up just don't over tighten the screws until you have them all contected then the jobs a goodin.

Laura 14/04/2024When i ordered this, stupidly I did not read the reviews until after I placed the order, so was a little dubious when reading all the negative reviews about it being flimsy and rickety and uneven. Well I can honestly say that those reviews are nothing like my experience at all. It came a day early and was well packaged and all the parts were wrapped individually and all parts were clearly marked so assembly was easy and took less than an hour. The finished product is strong, does not wobble and feels sturdy. Its comfortable and looks good. For what you pay,I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend. If you take your time sorting all the parts correctly before assembly there should not be an issue. Great value for money
