anonymous 26/05/2024Arrived on day specified and well packaged. A very heavy and large unwieldy box which as a 78 year old female living alone I had difficulty managing to get indoors. The instructions state that 2 people are needed to assemble this but as I am usually fairly good at assembling flat packs I decided to attempt it myself. It took me 4 hours but I did it albeit with some difficulty. It would be much easier with two people as one person could hold pieces steady in order that screws and holes could be aligned by the other person. Luckily for me it was a dry day so was able to take individual parts outside and assemble it where I intended to place it ….if I had put it together indoors I would’ve had to get someone to help get it into the garden as it is a solid and heavy item once assembled. The instructions are easy to follow and each piece is identified with a letter of the alphabet. Am pleased with my purchase which was priced competitively and I feel was a good buy.

Kevin Isaac 07/05/2023I did have an issue with one if the bolts not lining up, but apart from that the item was good quality and looked the part. Be aware that this product is only built to take 160kg maximum weight.

Fawn 30/04/2023Being an 81 year old lady on my own and not a fan of DIY, I approached with trepidation. But, I found, by using a small piece of metal coat hanger, I made the job a lot easier. To align the matching screw holes, I put the piece of wire in the holes furthest away from me ( don’t ram in, this was just to align) I was then able to put the screw in nearest to me, I then removed the bit of wire and put in the furthest screw. I found that all the screws went in perfectly aligned. The alum key is quite sharp so I used a rubber glove when tightening, saving my fingers from harm. The whole job took about 3/4 of an hour, I took my time but am very pleased with my achievement. The chairs are sturdy and comfy and I now look forward to enjoying.
Euan 27/04/2023Arrives as a flat pack. Fairly easy to assemble <1hr some of the holes are quite tricky to align. Once assembled it looks exactly like image.
