Ki*** 21/05/2024Came in a large box, have to screw legs on, screw wings in and slot in the back. so easy, even without instructions. Looks great, my mum says its comfortable, supportive and would recommend to anybody, feels so good for her bad back and neck. Very happy with this purchase.
