First of all this cat house is beautiful, and is a great size. It wasn't too difficult to build, but I do advise it is built outdoors if that is where it is intended! However, unfortunately, after just short of 3 weeks, and having only seen the cats investigate the new decoration in the garden a couple of times, one of the ledges broke clean off. These ledges are held together with small staples, which remain in tact and are very sharp. I reached out to customer service regarding this, to which I had no response. After another 2 attempts, wishing to return the house, I am still awaiting a response. I have purchased a few items from here, and not until now have I encountered a problem. I am left deeply disappointed that I have previously recommended this site to friends and family over the years, and now I am facing a problem they have shown to actually provide a very poor service.

Is great house, quility wood crap, is not waterproof, this cat house is better indoor outside expect months. But some work will improve life

We originally ordered the house for feral cats but our kitty loves it so much , we put it in the living room for her. She eats her food in it, so no more cat food on the floor. She sits on the roof where we put a towel and looks out the windows.

A local stray presented us with 3 kittens and the house was brought to provide some sort of habitat to help them life in. They where born 9 weeks ago and the house was brought for them alongside others 7 weeks ago. The construction was pretty easy and its been very popular with the 4 cats. Sadly the external platforms have had to be repaired this week. Im hoping these repairs are sufficient. If not Ill be trying to construct something similar to replace to the platforms

I loved the high quality of this product. And all the strays and their babies will be safe and have a home for a long time.

Cats love it. Ok to fix together didnt take hubby too long but he needed help with holding sides when fixing them together

This is a very cute cat house for outdoors. My cats bring in a few mice so rather than interrupt my sleep they may need to sleep outside when needed. This was relatively easy to assemble, approx 2 hours. Reading reviews and recommendations we superglued the pieces together as well as the screws to add strength and we applied a water seal. Time will tell as to how it weathers but this item is a bargain at this price.

I loved the look of this and have assembled it though my cats have hardly used it which is a shame - I;m not sure if they feel too enclosed in it - I know someone has been in it and I have high hopes it will get used - however they like sitting on the roof - but it is weatherproof for sure and Im happy with it

It’s a lovely looking cat house once built. I wouldn’t have paid full price for this product though, as some of the wood it’s constructed from wasn’t the best. There also wasn’t any holes to screw into.
