This is a fabulous item!!! I recently had a new furry friend and was worrying how I could keep her safe at night? I didn’t want to use a metal crate as they’re heavy and wanted something I could transport easily when for example going on holiday. This item is simple to put to together as there are 4 supporting rods, there are 3 zipped windows you can use to pop your pooch in and out of as well as a pocket for treats/toys to! The material is great and hard wearing as is chewed and scratched by my pup but no damage/rips etc! The material is mostly mesh so allows air but no flies/bugs, it’s also very easy to just wipe down and the floor inside is softly padded. I can even put my dogs bed in it so she’s super comfy 10/10
anonymous 16/10/2024I pondered over this for a while and was half-thinking I would be disappointed with it - but it is great. Very sturdy and a perfect gradient for our aging dog to access the bed. It is quite a big item once assembled so it could swamp a smaller room. The instructions for assembly were clear with well-labelled component parts. I put it together on my own in about 40 mins (I'm 58). Our dog had to be persuaded to try it at first but now he happily uses it. I can't comment on customer services as I haven't needed to contact them but the delivery was good and the product packaged securely.

Magdalena 24/06/2024Very sturdy for my cat. It was easy to assemble. The gradual incline of the ramp was very good. It was easy for my senior cat to walk up and down. The only thing I would improve would be the carpet on the ramp. It would be nice if it was a little thicker flat woven carpet for traction.

anonymous 29/11/2023Very well made but tricky to put together as a thread was stripped so unable to screw up tightly. After lots of wasted time I had to use a raw plug to hold the screw in place.
Wynne 26/09/2023Easy to move around surprisingly big to be at a beds foot … use it for my six year old dog going in and out of bed and other places ( she cannot jump up and down of things due to hernias in her spine
