Never heard of this company before so I was a bit wary of using them for a relatively high priced product however the product arrived on time and in good order and was delivered by Amazon . Good quality product with clear and easy to assemble parts. I was hoping my cats would take to it straight away, instead they seem to prefer their old one but it will just take them time to get used to this new one which looks cosy and warm.
anonymous 26/08/2025Easy to build. I put a outdoor cushion inside for comfort for Eric my cat. My other cat Binxy has been inside for nose. I bought it when the weather changes, rainy, windy or cold days. I'm sure both cats will benefit when in need of shelter.
Kitkittie 15/08/2025Its easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My cat and kitten live to have a good stretch on this and it's a good height for them to do that. Unfortunately the two wooden balls have came loose and now are lost which I feel shouldn't have happened after a few weeks. My kitten keeps looking at the track which now has no wooden balls for her to chase. I have sent a message asking if replacements could be sent out.

anonymous 11/05/2025It's a very good cat house, easy to assemble. We took the middle section out and replaced with a more warm and cozy Eva shelter. Our cat is an outdoor cat , so we wanted to make sure she will be nice and warm during the winter . Still have enough space for her food and water bowls. Don't know if it's waterproof as described, as luckily British weather is being excellent this year 😀.

j hughes 13/07/2024For some reason the back wall and floor is not insulated. I just used the packing styrofoam that came with it on the outside bottom and a 3/4 inch inside and a hot glue gun to secure it. There is also a heated pet mat inside and a heated water bowl so he should be good for this winter. I also put weather stripping where the roof meets the walls just to seal the slight gap. I left out the partition so he can stretch out on the pet mat.

anonymous 04/02/2024This is a replacement cat house and a little apprehensive that my cat wouldn’t adjust to it. No worries, he loves it! Swift delivery. Well packaged. Easy to follow instructions. Like the 2 compartments as it gives added shelter. Would recommend
