Not only was I looking for a method to get our elderly dog in and out of the car boot, but also something which didn’t take up too much space when stored and wasn’t too convoluted to set up each time. This ramp has fitted the bill perfectly. It takes a while for the dog to get confidence using it and I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and stuck carpet strips onto it to increase grip, but he uses it fine now!
Mr JAMES SPITTLE 10/07/2024Light and easy to handle. It is slippery so we add grip tape to make it easier for our senior dog to climb it.
Maxine Ebdon 28/06/2024the ramp is very good, sturdy and lightweight. it is slippery though but an easy enough problem to solve. I used spray adhesive and glued carpet to it. my three elderly dogs love using it and it will be ideal for them.
Moomin 04/01/2024This car ramp is brilliant, it’s very sturdy and does not buckle under the weight of our chunky dumpling. I love how it comes with a roll of extra grip (not needed it yet) but would definitely help with the claws too. Our chunky dumpling is 38kg and i would highly recommend this ramp.
Franco 20/01/2023The ramp is big even when folded a d awkward to put in and out of the back seat to enable quick access . Without sticking on the non slip sandpaper type pads its not easy for the dog to climb . My dog doesn't like it but I hold her harness to help her and we manage . At least she can get in the car now. She is a very large white long hair German Shepard and 10 years old so she needs help and this does help.
