My cat loves this. Although not sure about the intervals for switching the filter pads. i just learned something new. how to unjam a pump blade. i have no experience with pumps but i sat was writing up a negative review. and learned that the pump fan has a door flap to reveal the fan. i never knew that... i started playing about with the fan forcing it to spin. i tried plugin it in still motion. so i tried spinning the fan while it was on the motor finally kicked in and started working... im super happy now i know what to do if the pump decides to stop. i think some actual gunk got into the blade motor during a clean and it just needed some finger play to unjam it. i'd say change the filter every couple of weeks because it can go brow and nasty quite fast with a cat. who knows probably why my cat fell ill for a week. but yeah the manufactuer needs to advertise replacement parts for this product here on Aosom so if the pump really does die and you have no filters contacting the manufacturer is rather slow and a chore.

anonymous 10/12/2024This adjustable dog steps/ramp is perfect for mine and, the fur-babies I look after's, needs. The different height settings give pet access to every type of furniture. It is strong, sturdy and I just love that it folds flat for easy storage when not in use. Highly recommend this for anyone with aging or ailing pets.
