We rescue and foster cats and dogs so kittie trees are always in demand. This one took a while to arrive which is not a problem. It arrived neatly packed into a fairly small box which is good. Comprehensive instructions and easy to assemble whilst the cats played with the box. It doesn't have a huge base which means it fits neatly where I wanted it, some of them to help with stability have huge heavy bases. There are two houses and two platforms, as soon as we put it in place all 4 were occupied. They love the little hanging balls with bells and currently there are five cats asleep on it as one has taken over the base. Love that there is a scratcher rather than a ladder which we have found never gets used. Certainly sturdy and value for money.
