I have recently moved. Previously my cat used a coir mat that was on the stairs. I did not bring this with me as it was threadbare, but have been unable to get another one that will fit my new stairs. I decided to give this one a go as she has started to scratch the doors instead.It was really easy and quick to assemble. It's good quality and relatively sturdy. I think this would be a good furniture protector is your cat is prone to doing that. So far she hasn't seemed very interested (only been up for one day). I have put some cat nip on it to entice her. Hopefully that will work!
