Well made, little expensive, but so much better than plastic ones. Bit fiddly to erect, but easy enough. Too dog a few days to get used to it, but seems to be using it by choice now. Glad we got it. Dog uses it all the time to get to her window seat. Been very robust, no issues with it moving or treads coming loose. Highly recommended.

Aosom Customer 03/07/2024Overall it is does what it it is meant to do, however the steps are a little narrow and my 2 small dogs are extremely hesitant to use it at the moment but its something new so in time that may change and hopefully they will get used to it and realise it is there to help them. The lids which form the top of the step can tend to shift slightly when they put weight on them which I think worries them, but it looks nice and I am happy with my purchase.
