anonymous 05/03/2025I received the item in early February but as it wasn’t needed at the time I didn’t unpack it. 3 weeks later I set up the framework and it was great, went to put the cover on it only to find that the zipper was broken! Contacted customer service and they arranged for a replacement for the next day! Nice product EXCELLENT customer service 😀

Dorian 21/06/2024The greenhouse appears pretty sturdy, but time will tell. I haven't used a green house before. I have a few more plants to put in it before I can fully assess the item. I will say this, the instructions were not very good and some of the parts were mis-labeled. Also there were no written instructions. That being said, for the most part it was not that difficult to assemble. I am happy with it..
