anonymous 19/08/2024This lounger arrived promptly, however, it had two separate faults. As I currently have a broken ankle and foot, I needed to wait until family could travel to help unwrap and set up. On discovering both faults, it was repackaged and Aosom were contacted to arrange uplift. That's where the appalling service started. They wanted me to unpack item and photograph faults, on explaining my predicament they accepted my word. They then offered an instant refund, if I disposed of item myself (not an option with broken ankle and foot) or alternatively, they could arrange uplift in 5 days time. Once uplifted, I I would need to recontact them to request my refund! Uplift would be anytime between 8am and 6pm. After a very long day waiting, no-one arrived. As it was a Fri (9th Aug) and they are closed at weekend, I had to wait until the next week to rearrange. I went through the exact palaver of wanting me to dispose of item rather than an Uplift, which I again explained wasn't possible. I also explained that this huge box was making it difficult for me to be able access my front door. Eventually, another Uplift was arranged for Mon 19th Aug and I'm glad to say it was finally collected. However, I still had to recontact their Asian Contact Centre again to make them aware and to again request my refund, which will be 3-5 working days. Absolutely, abysmal service and needless to say, I didn't order a replacement.

Davyred 22/06/2024Perfect for relaxing outdoors with easy to clean waterproof material that can be left outside in any weather. Just unpack - no assembly required. Only issue is packaging during shipping, as the plastic sleeves were left on the metal frame before it was assembled, meaning you'll need about 30 minutes to try tearing plastic out of every joint and screw, with pieces that can never be removed. (Issue shared with manufacturer in June 2024).
