Good product, delivery came in three different times, but part from that all okay.

Very easy transaction and great customer service, one part of the order was faulty but has now been replaced after a couple of emails. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The product is great and at a very reasonable price, so far so good 👍

Took 1 hour 15 min to assemble 2 people , not one prob , holes all aligned , easy to follow instructions , sturdy when assembled , my husband did not tighten it all up till all finished , I unpacked all cushions excellent quality, and removable to wash with zip fasteners . Very comfortable .

The furniture looks good, and cushions are great, but don’t get them wet, or the foam inside soaks up the water and will disintegrate in time. The coffee table needs a glass top to stop drinks spilling, and I added one, so now all is well.

Very comfortable and sturdy. Good value, even the tools to assemble it were included in the package. Assembly was not difficult at all, one or two parts a little awkward to get to but in total no problem. Delivery and communications were excellent, came two days before quoted date. Would recommend both the seller and the product.

The delivery was fast and I am really pleased the set now it had been build. Very comfortable to sit on.

Ok peeps, honest review, this company customer service went beyond expectation, This furniture set is good value compared to some we looked at, but on building it up, I discovered an issue with the 3 seater sofa back rest parts, customer service issued a replacement set, and advised to keep rest for spares, unfortunately this had same issue, 3 x holes not done in manufacture, then issued a partial refund, well done Aosom, MH Star I built this myself, does say two, but although a bit fiddly, managed it , even having to drill the required holes in the backrests for the sofa, glad i was an engineer. LOL.. comes delivered in 4 large boxes so be prepared to build immediately or have a decent storage space..!!.. Long story short, issues do arise, but glad to say ,put right as soon as they could. but you may find yourself in a similar situation. Lastly, delivery was a bit longer than advised, OK by me as wasn't in a hurry, Taken 1 star off for the issue explained as was an easyish fix for me, did add an extra hour to the build time tho. 5 stars for customer service and think looking at the email trail, I chatted with at least 5 different names.. And oh, remember and remove the blue tape from the feet, her indoors had to point this out to me.
