The manual operation is smooth and the hand crank is easy to use, allowing us to adjust the shade as the sun moves. It's significantly reduced the temperature on our patio and even inside our home. Plus, it looks fantastic - it really adds to the aesthetic of our outdoor space. Highly recommend!
