The set arrived very quickly and although one of the chairs was damaged in transit a replacement was received within 48 hours. The customer services team responded to my email on the same day and kept me updated with progress of the replacement. Very often after sales service is non existent but Aosom went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I highly recommended this company and also this product.
