The assembly of the prodiuct was very fiddly in particular the fitment of the egg shape surround to the base. The overall assembly time was more than 1 hour 30 minutes. But secure once assembled and visually a good product for the money. The negative is the base cushion is not thick enough to remove the feeling of the metal base bars and as a result I have purchased a secondary base cushion. The second negative is that the shape of the egg surround means for adults over say 5 feet 9 inch will feel the surround nestiing on the top of their head when sitting back...Overall good value for money compared to similar products I have seen in garden centres but of course you dont get to test the product before you buy
