Shed arrived one piece missing, called customer service and they were amazing. Very helpful and solved my problem by issuing a replacement. Will definately be purchasing from Aosom again
anonymous 19/02/2024First thing the screw holes do not Mach up it is very flimsy to erect give yourself at least 5 hours because the instructions are very poor, also when you get the roof on it's nothing like the photo there is a gap along the top so water pours in, looks like I will have to do plenty of adjustments to the roof part to keep out the rain, if I had not fully erected it I would have sent it back for sure be warned when you order this. also did not use costumer services. What could the have done I have ordered a couple of sheds in the past but they have lost s customer over this Keith LANCASHIRE UK
