anonymous 17/05/2024Great value awning was some teething problems on delivery had to unbox to get it in /was a bit weary of putting it up on my extension as previous salesman recommended gutter brackets / and was worried, no need the brackets supplied are strong enough to hold this ,remote control not working and seen other reviews about this have contacted customer service for replacement ,also you will need a outside power point as lead not long enough to reach inside all in all was quoted £3500 pounds by 2 different company’s have one supplied and fitted I did this with help installing for 25% of that recommend 3 people to get in place well happy just waiting on control

Mark Arthur 05/05/2023Certainly well built and looks good although haven't fitted yet as arrived just before leaving for a holiday. Not necessarily a negative but you need to be aware of the dimensions and shear weight of this product, its extremely heavy (54kg) and when they say you need 4 people to fit it they are correct.
