Arrived very quick but unfortunately the canopy had a tear in it Contacted support who were helpful offered 20% refund which I refused as the canopy was torn and there was no replacement canopy. Was offered a replacement which I accepted and was told to keep the damaged one for my inconvenience So over all very happy and support was great

Sybil 07/06/2023We did buy a 40 pound wide base. Then added 80 pounds of weight. We were worried about it falling. It has to be on a flat surface. It did great in a light breeze. Too nervous to leave it in a big wind though. Gives great shade and easy to open and close.
