Ordered after deciding on the size we wanted. DX delivered very quickly. The instructions are very generic for the range of awnings so they have no distance measurements for the brackets. The cassette has arrow stickers for locations so take the measurements from them. you need a 14mm masonry drill for the holes for the plugs. I'd recommend fixing them with 2 parts apoxy. Once the brackets are up and secure you need help as the cassette is very heavy. I had 3 friends help for the 4m unit. Once secure, and powered, open it up as you need to set the angle. It is easy but you do need a large allen key. once set up, enjoy.

Easy to install, and looks amazing in my garden. Took me about 1.5 hours tops, did it all by myself (one man) . Mine is 4x3 so with a small amount of wind is a bit dangerous to have fully extended or wide open, but I love it, and gives my garden a lot of shade which we needed for spring and summer. Can recommend enough.

Although it was easy to install,ensure the wall can take the weight although the fixing are great.
