what a great item, I bought 2 of these and they make a huge difference to our garden, you will need 2 competent persons to put these up, please be aware how HEAVY these are (3.5x3) you need to plan how to lift these in to place, we used 2 big steel ladders as a type of scaffolding to assist us once these hook in you feel safe bolting up the security plates as it gets a hold using a unique hook system that works well, I opted to use Fischer wall plugs as I use these on a regular basis for my job so I had a lot of confidence they would hold fine I was going to use a resin bolt but was concerned with the drying time and time I had with help that day, I'm sure they would hold fine though they are supplied with a lot of cable and a plug so there was no issue getting these powered up(I'm also an electrician but no skilled wiring was required) they supplied a motor adjuster which I used a very small turn to adjust the awning retraction amount, but use this a small amount at a time the communication from the delivery crew was fantastic, kept us informed on how long etc and they were spot on and delivered exactly where the awnings were needed I really must add again these are a dead weight and are extremely heavy over 65kg so please plan your lifts and use 3 people if possible I am really impressed with these and so is everyone that has enjoyed them so far, I have persuaded my parents to get one soon so I expect I will be installing another which is ok now I have done 2 already

Very happy with my purchase use with ease

Having finally decided to make the switch to buy an awning to cover our patio area and doing lots of research i settled on this product. The price and delivery seemed to be what we were looking for and reviews seemed positive. I still assumed at this low price compared to most the item would be cheaply made or not last that long. I was wrong. When item arrived at 10am Tuesday after ordering late Sunday i was pleasantly suprised by the quality. It took 3 of us to lift comfortably and was very solidly built. It looked beautiful. We had a friend help us put it up as it needed many anchor bolts into the wall due to being so heavy and were pleasantly suprised that it had a normal plug so no need for an electrician, the motor operates really smoothly and being able to use the manual option if any problems with motor in the future was brilliant. The Led lights were an added bonus i didn't realise i needed until i had them and now couldn't be without. The only issue we have is the motor doesn't pull the awning fully into the cassette, it protrudes out about half an inch from fully closed, not particularly noticeable. There are instructions for this very issue in the manual but they are confusing and over 2 pages seem to contradict each other so we haven't figured out which way or which one of the 2 adjustments to turn on the motor to pull it in tighter but it can be done when we have a moment to fiddle with it. We just use the manual lever to pull it in that tiny bit right at the end at the moment. Overall, a well built lovely looking, great value for money item that arrived speedily and did the job as its so large it exceeds the patio area stoping the sun reaching the table and frees up valuable patio space from the previous cantilever parasol base.

What service. Superb quick delivery - ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Installed in a couple of hours (really heavy, so go careful) and couldn’t be happier. A few adjustments to get the pitch angle correct but works fantastically well and really good quality. The LED lighting is a really nice touch and glad we went with that. Really impressed to be fair. Great company to deal with. 5* all round from me - highly recommended.

For the price a very good awning. Had a little trouble with the supplied wall fixings but overcame that. The only other thing is the controller for electric is sensitive.time will tell how good that is
