Easy to put up and works well, very solid

This gazebo is the best one I’ve ever owned. I would happily buy another from Aosom gazebos if I needed another -great size and looks good -fully waterproof -Easy to set up on your own -very sturdy- so much so that it has been up continuously for 6 months now and still going strong. I use it as shelter for a gym in my garden and it hasn’t let me down. - it is that strong that with it weighted down it has withstood all the elements and has even been able to withstand storm darragh.

I seldom leave a review after I've just received and order, as I really want to see how it is. This Gazebo was a fantastic investment. It has been outside in our carpark at work for over 18 months, in all weathers. It has finally needed a new cover for it this week. The sun, wind and rain has done its hardest, and eventually holes did appear and rip some of the cover off. The manufactures advice is to not leave it out in all weathers, but I'm saying with some TLC you can, as long as it's weighted down enough. I now have 2 more that I bought last summer, and they are still looking good :)

I purchased this particular gazebo because I wanted a trade-quality gazebo with the ability to add side panels on later if I needed them. Having never put a gazebo up before I wasn't sure how easy it would be - but its honestly super easy. It took 2 of us 10-15 minutes to put it up the first time (following the instructions word for word!), and I imagine it will be quicker the next time now I know what I'm doing. I was also worried about carrying the gazebo from car to market square because of the weight - but the carry bag makes it much easier as it has both wheels and carry handles. One thing I would like to highlight is the brilliant customer service from Aosom. I believe you can tell a lot about a company not only when things go right, but in particular when things go wrong. The gazebo frame was delivered on time, but the weights and bag wasn't delivered. The customer service team got back to me within hours of my reporting it, and kept me updated constantly as to when I could expect delivery. In fact, the logistics company they use were also great and get a gold star too! Honestly a great gazebo and a great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had a few issues with this gazebo, but have all been resolved with a new canopy sent next day,hopefully i have no further problems.
