Why did you choose this product over others?:It was delivered yesterday, a day early. Easy to assemble, four bolts on the base and it come with a tiny spanner for that purpose. You then screw the pole to the top and then put the whole assembly into the base. The top is a little heavy but I was able to assemble it on my own but two would have made it much easier.For the price I paid, I was not expecting much, but it looks reasonably well made and is really big. The rectangular shape fits better on our patio than a large round parasol. It is so large with such a light weight base that my guess is wind will be an issue, and there is a warning in the instructions about that, so I will also get some weights for the base.Not had it long enough to comment on long term use

anonymous 30/04/2025assembly was simple enough, although there was one hole which didn't have the threaded insert which was required for a Louvre. some edges on the metal a little sharp, could have been machined a little better but for the price,looks nice and does it's job
anonymous 29/04/2025Assembly is not difficult, the user manual is quite clear( can be more accurate though). The only issue is that it's a bit hard to get the roof open/shut.

I had so many questions about different models before I purchased and right away they were responsive and super helpful. I'd highly recommend this company just based on how helpful customer service is.
