Found the gazebo very well made, and looks more expensive. However the instructions really do leave a lot to the imagination, but workable when you take your time. We encountered an issue with an incorrectly eyeholed mossie net, and found customer service giving very incorrect advice. Had to persevere with them - sending photos, and even picture of the instructions before they apologised and sent replacement. So all in all a great gazebo, looks fabulous, but customer services blaming the customer for getting something wrong isn’t very helpful - and I requested a goodwill gesture, which they gave. I have bought a few things now through Aosom now, and very pleased with them.

Annette 27/05/2025Have to say excellent quality , all parts there and bolts all aligned up well, I would highly recommend this product , will be adding square line guttering to it as pitch on roof fair angle , just my preference
