Give good cover in the garden. Good idea to get bases to put water or sand in for extra support especially with the wind.

anonymous 16/06/2023Lovely parasol, easy operation , but lack of attention to detail and poor manufacture. The wooden ribs are not rounded except one and these are beginning to poke through the fabric and tearing holes on the corners. The central pole is beginning to crack on the surface as well. I hope somebody from customer service reads this and gets in touch!
anonymous 13/06/2023Bought this parasol, I couldn't believe how big it was, it covers my outside furniture perfectly. But, it is really heavy, it took 2 of us to put it up, but I love it. It's 3m long by 2.5m wide, it's bigger than my gazebo, it's just perfect. It's well made, it's sturdy, and it's got the air vent in the top,which, helps keep it balanced in a light wind. It's rainproof aswell, as it's been well tested recently. I would definitely recommend to anyone, remember though, that it is heavy, but worth every penny, and you will need a good heavy base. I got mine on a good deal, and it looks great 👍😃

I needed it the next day as I was hosting a BBQ, so I feel completely let down and would not order from this company again. They tried to blame it on the Royal Mail strike which ended some time ago.

anonymous 28/05/2023Simply blown away by the whole service and the quality of the parasol. I've seen these for 200-300 on other sites and took a risk with it being so much cheaper. Really glad we did. See also holds up well in strong winds because of the vented roof. 5 stars from me.
