Good Pergola apart from an essential item that was missing, the rollers and carrabena’s that attach the roof to the Pergola that is why I have given it 4 stars. Having contacted the supplier and was told they had none of the rollers in stock. They offered us a discount originally if WE could source the rollers out ourselves which after a lot of searching we did.

Great item, easy to assemble, I managed it by myself but defo need 2 to erect. I've been thinking about getting one for years and recently bought a dog, so he will have some nice shade in the spring/summer.

Probably the strongest I've ever bought, instructions not perfect but reasonable, the frame itself feels really strong and decent size, overall well worth the money.

It went up well, and I used it through the summer with no faults, until the first wind of autumn and it was blown off this is partly my fault I suppose, now I’m looking for some spare hangers the small wheel ones, any idea?

This is an ok, not-so-expensive solution to create some shade on your patio and protect against light showers. It does not however withstand the wind very well and our first one broke (middle pole) within a week - if strong winds (even with no rain) is expected or strong and heavy rainstorm I recommend removing fabric sheet and replacing it when the bad weather is out of the way. For longevity I also suggest it needs to be put away during the winter. Note that it is super simple to put together and the bracket to attach to a wall ensure stability we also purchase leg weights for the other two pole which I recommend you do - the stucture is light and will not hold down if you do not stabilise it.

We fixed the frame to the house wall; it did take two men to put it together. The awning gives great shade although we did hang some micro fibre towels (puppies towels) along the front during the heatwave - it worked very well. We have had some heavy rain and found we need to nip out and poke the canopy to release the excess water. The rain has stained the canopy but that's ok and is expected being a garden item. We have ours outside the back door and over the patio covering our patio set. We've been able to continue sitting under the covering in light rain. In heavy winds the covering does 'whip' a bit so we tied a piece of string across the middle to help keep the covering down a bit. We do take it down over the winter and put it back up in spring. We have found that it helps cool the rooms down/giving shade but also super helpful when we come home and it's raining as we're under cover. We highly recommend this awning although it is available cheaper.

I am a 60yr old female and it took me 45 mins to put together , so easy i ignored the instructions, and once up very sturdy
