anonymous 12/10/2023Ordering this sofa from Aosom turned out to be a huge mistake. The delivery was made on time and as planned. The sofa was difficult to assemble. The item is poorly constructed using low-quality materials. The hinges are misaligned, resulting in gaps on the sides. It took an hour to assemble. It is very uncomfortable and not suitable for sitting. This is not fit for purpose and should not be sold as a sofa that is comfortable for daily use. It seems cheaply made, and material quality is poor. Would not recommend buying this sofa. The customer service after a sale is very bad. They take a long time to respond and refuse to pick up a defective product. I will not be buying from Aosom in the future!
