A great fold away bed. At first it appeared it was already put together and for most the part it was. Just the folding ends to put in place (push the tubes in and use the in place hand turn screws to secure). Make sure you push the tubing in all the way as the hand turn screws aligns through a hole.Then it's the wheel part. Line up screws to holes and use the Alan key and spanner to tighten it up. Then it's just about screwing that onto the bed with the pre made holes. 2 of the wheels have brakes so check where you want them to be first.In the diagram to fix the wheels to the tubing it showed you use small screws and big screws to attach the tubing with the wheels to the bed. It's other way round though.So very easy really to put together. Mattress was a bit creased but that's as it was folded in half. A pretty good thin mattress really, seems to be memory foam, certainly smells of it. This was for a relative for the times they don't feel well enough to get upstairs to bed but I can say even my really expensive memory foam mattress smelt like this one. It's normal and will eventually fade.I had a lay down on it once finished and it's great, really comfortable and when the relative tried it they thought the same. I actually wouldn't mind sleeping on it when I visit them next time.It's sturdy (once put together correctly), seems very good quality for the price and does the job. Easy to fold up and use the hook to keep it closed (it did need wrapping around the bar one more time so it pulled it tightly closed up).I didn't expect much for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Worth every penny and more.
