anonymous 29/04/2023Ordered on a Saturday and delivered Monday, superb. I've tried it out to check everything is working before the summer and it's blowing out beautiful icy cold air. It is quite loud though so if you're using it for a bedroom, it's ideal for cooling the room then turning off when you go to bed. It's a heavy item which I find reassuring and every part feels high quality and the wheels make it easy to move around once in your room of choice. Recommended looking on amazon if you need a window vent kit, the one supplied is only suitable for sliding windows but should only cost you about £15. This aircon appears to be an unbelievable bargain and I hope it will serve me well for many years.
anonymous 26/04/2023It’s a good buy, bought a similar one last year, also works well. However just test it when you receive it as the first one I got didn’t work(as in the air conditioner) it powered up and all functions worked jus not the refrigeration side of it. The guys at Aosom were brilliant arranged a replacement unit straight away and works lovely. The customer service was on point and didn’t need to ask twice they sorted everything out promptly. Would definitely recommend using them again. P.S I do automotive air con so have the tools to check the output temperature of the air.
anonymous 26/04/2023Great value. 24hr express delivery and tracked all the way to my house. I have tested the unit today and all specs are correct. The only thing I haven’t tried is the wi-fi.
