Easy to construct. Recommend you put some weight on the bottom shelf to ensure it doesn't blow over. The cover has 4 ties at the bottom to secure it to the frame. It would have been better if extra ties were attached on the inside next to each shelf to make it more secure and stop the wind yellowing the cover and putting all the strain on the bottom ties.
