Ease of assembly:Easy enough to assemble in about 25minutes. Comfortable to sit it. I use it for feeding my newborn overnight. I bought an additional clip on pillow for my head as the pillow on this is very very thin. It's a good wide chair.

I needed a bed sofa for the spare room but didn't want to spend a fortune on something that will only get occasional use. This looked ok so ordered it. It's comfy enough to sit on, just don't expect a deep plush seat. The folding mechanism to convert to a bed works well and it would be fine to spend the night on.
