It's an effective unit and has good features, but this is too noisy even in a relatively big room! And the LED display is far too large and bright, it looks ridiculous
Funny Bunny 29/09/2025It’s pretty quiet, same noise level as a fridge with the door open. We’ve seen a dramatic drop in our energy usage since buying this, our heating doesn’t need to be on as high and clothes actually dry fairly fast round it. Really simple to use and as it’s not a huge size, it means it’ll tuck nicely out the way when not needed. Mild negatives: it would seem to make more sense to have the “air in” grill on the front, under the display area. This one’s on the back so it you have it facing the room then you can’t see the humidity level % shown (making it harder for me to inform my partner of the current levels…important stuff!) Also the shape of the tank is a bit weird, meaning sometimes if you’re too eager in emptying it (like me) you get water pouring from 2 places rather than 1. Personally I love it.This little machine is well worth it. In the short time we’ve had it (around 2 weeks) it’s almost paid for itself in energy savings. It’s small but we can feel the effects of it’s all over our 4 bed house!

Michelle Slingo 11/08/2025Stunning unit, instructions appear muddled but if you study it for 5mins you will see they run you through each piece of wood putting in all the fixings first. Then it starts to show you how to assemble really is easy. Really sturdy, good value for money. The back has screws not nails but the screws are self tapping so easy to do.

Having provided proof that the new unit we had purchased was defective a replacement was sent out immediately. The replacement unit worked perfectly. anonymous 20/12/2023Bought a smaller dehumidifier as a gift for use in a smallish flat, it didn't collect any water. Tried it at my house and it collected a small amount but very little. Bought this dehumidifier and tried it out in my house first and it collected even more water than my dehumidifier. The recipient is extremely pleased with this one and it collects lots of water from his flat.
