Really does the job, definitely speeds up drying clothes indoors. Although it has wheels, I have rugs so can't just wheel it about, and is quite heavy, but it does such a good job and I don't have to move to often.

Anon 03/10/2025Like many I wanted a dehumidifier to dry washing instead of using a tumble dryer. After lots of browsing I selected this unit. It's very compact and, initially, I was concerned that it might not be large enough. I have now used it on a couple of occasion in combination with a large airier and it has performed well. I use it in the box room to keep the volume it's working in as small as possible. Operation is simple, turn it on and set to continuous. After being on for 4 or 5 hours the washing has, on the whole, been dry, large towels need a bit longer. Operation is quiet and emptying the water once finished is very easy. Overall very happy so far, being compact means it's unobtrusive in the corner of the room when not being used, time will tell regarding reliability ...

Susan 26/02/2025Great machine, little bit loud but do the thing, reducese humidity up to around 20% Though it s not that accurate showing the real humidity, usually shows 4-5% less on screen, but it s nothing, as it works fine and gets the humid out from the air, what is the main thing, recommend it
Maureen 12/02/2025It's just a perfect little machine there's nothing wrong with it at all. Much quieter than my last one. If someone wanted to how much it took to run for an hour. I can't gauge that, as I have other things running but my electric metre tells me it doesn't cost much at all

anonymous 13/12/2024First, it gave me a good performance this week of use. Below I observed that it may be improved: 1. Longer cable is preferred. 2. A larger water tank will be better 3. One more handle point will help to move it from G/F to 1/F through the staircase.

anonymous 06/12/2024not as quiet as I would have hoped but it is ok on reduced fan speed and still works very effectively at removing the moisture, changing colour lights an unnecessary gimmick. if only they could make the unit pretty or crazy like a little R2D2 or a pumpkin anything but these boring white boxes that sit obtrusively in the room, ugly. they want me to rate customer service but I have been lucky and did not need to use them (so far) so for that reason they get 5.
