Noemi 29/06/2025I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one about this unit.We have been suffering through the British summers for years on end in our hot, hot bedroom. Finally this year I decided to bite the bullet and buy this air-conditioning unit. I went with the 10000 one as our bedroom is fairly large at 5 m x 4 m. It was a mission to take it upstairs as the unit is very heavy, however once installed it is completely life changing. In the summer our bedroom routinely reaches 35C degrees and has zero insulation. This air-conditioning unit cools by 5 to 7° in an hour and as we keep it running overnight it keeps the temperature of 21° comfortably. It is indeed very noisy, however we use earplugs to sleep when we have the unit on and this has solved our issue completely and we get actual rest in the summer months. We needed to buy an extension hose to reach our window and I also had to buy a separate kit for our window, which was also easy to install. Once everything was in place I turned the unit on and I was so happy I could’ve shared the tear. It cools so quickly, so efficiently and makes sleeping so much more restful and comfortable for us. I’m not sure how long its lifespan will be, however for the discount price, I’ll be happy if it sees us through even just a few summers. I certainly would recommend this AC, enjoy your cool and comfy nights in this gruelling, London heatwave
Darell 28/07/2024Update 2 August: customer support was awesome, tried to help me troubleshoot the bad unit. We couldn’t figure it out and a replacement was dispatched at no cost. I’m appreciative of the awesome customer support and timeliness of reply’s.
anonymous 07/04/2023A great unit, the AC will be handy come the summer and the dehumidifier mode works really well too. Using the continuous drain makes for a simple and easy set up too
anonymous 20/03/2023I ordered this because the price vas really keen I couldn't find it even close regarding the price anyware else but the delivery was all so free and fast with no problems I just can't think of what else I could look for when buying something I have not tried it yes as I need a different sort of window vent but it was the same if I bought it elsewhere anyway my only concern was one of the boxes was open and it was on its side but hopefully that won't be an issue as it looks like the one that was fully packed and tied so I will be buying from here again I have no doubts.
