If your Zatchels order isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it. Please email customerservices@zatchels.com within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We’ll send you a Returns Form to include with your parcel.
Please return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Customers are responsible for return postage. We do not provide return labels, so once you’ve contacted us, you may send your item back using any courier or method that is most convenient for you.
