It can be used to rock, climb/stand on, lay on - however my children wish to use! Typically whilst sitting with it at their feet rocking it sideways. Brilliant product!
Slimmies 04/08/2024The balance board is nice and sturdy and very well made. It is also perfect for seniors to help maintain balance as you get older as it doesn't wobble around too much when starting off low then progressing to the more challenging modules as you get better. Would recommend.
