Chair assembled without problem. Initial impressions are that it is very good looking, massage functions work well so will be interested to see if my lumbar pain is eased. I would highly recommend this product for the price & the courier delivered right to my front door thus making my movement of the heavy package minimal, I hope his back lasts longer than mine!

Some people have said the chair is too low. I suppose its personal preference but for me it is perfect height and the massage/heat function helps so much when working in the office for hours. The chair is well built however only thing is when the footrest is tucked away under the chair it rattles when I move giving the impression something is loose. That does not happen when the footrest is extended. Overall the chair is very good and comfortable.

The chair came in a very heavy box, but amazingly arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering.It comes in about 5 parts to assemble, and the instructions do need to be followed (which I don’t always do). However, it includes and the screws and devices needed to do it, so you won’t need anything else like your own screwdriver etc. But I have to say it was easy to assemble and probably took me 30-40 mins - although I am possibly slower than most.Once finished the chair is very sturdy, very comfortable and easy to adjust both him terms of height and angle of the back. It also comes with a small back support cushion which I didn’t realise.Overall this is a very comfortable and nice looking product which I am very happy with and would recommend.

We ordered on Saturday night delivery stated deliver Wednesday!! Monday text arrived from company saying chair arriving today between 10-11am. Chair arrived as stated delivery driver very helpful and polite. Chair is lovely , would recommend this company first class service, good communication, great product!!

Easy to assemble, only needed help when putting chair piece onto wheels.very comfortable and relaxing. Looks good, bought this chair to go with a leather sofa in the office and it fits in very well.
