The chair was a bit tricky to assemble, using an alan key rather than an electric screwdriver meant it was a two person job. Apart from that, I find the seat cushion a bit hard, but that is easily rectified with an additional cushion. It does look good though, and the price was good. Delivery was ok, but following the 2 links provided in the email to track the delivery, only one worked, which was annoying. The other opened to a page that stated the tracking number was not relevant to my purchase, or something like that.

chair is very robust and the quality of the materials used is very good. The only downside is the vibrations are not strong so you just get a tickle instead of a massage
