The website was easy to navigate and was delivered quickly, so there were no complaints there. After unpacking the chair, all parts were present and was quick and easy to put together. So, overall, it was a pleasant transaction. However, that said, on putting the chair together, I found one of the bolt holes on the back part of the chair had been fitted incorrectly. This caused the bolt holding the left arm on to go in at an angle, making the left arm sit at an odd angle. The chair is usable but it's an annoying defect that could have been caught by quality control. Having used the chair for an evening, I personally found the seat was lacking padding, making any long period uncomfortable. For short periods, it's fine.

Good for the price, but a couple of issues if you are a perfectionist Thought I'd use the chair for at least a couple of weeks before I gave my review. Pros: The chair itself is beautiful, I have gotten many compliments on how modern and good it looks. It was relatively easy to assemble. It was cheap compared to other similar chairs. It functions as a chair. There are a few issues but YMMV and you may be able to overlook them. 1. (Most annoying issue for me.) The chair doesn't sit perfectly upright at a 90° angle like stated. I work at the computer most of the day and, even with the chair adjusted to the most upright position it can go, it still feels like I am lying back and I have to reach awkwardly for my keyboard. 2. After long periods of time, the seat isn't very comfortable. I previously had a cheaper "worse" chair and even it didn't feel like this. My bottom feels really sore and you really do need to be up and taking frequent breaks (which you should be doing anyway, but a chair shouldn't feel this uncomfortable.) 3. The chair clunks and creaks. We actually disassembled and reassembled the chair to check if it was a problem with how we set it up but, after verifying, the chair really does make a lot of noise as you get comfortable or move around. Sometimes you feel the chair chunk into the gas cylinder a little. 4. (Minor issue) The bolts on the sides of the seat have little covers to hide them. These covers don't seem to fit and keep popping out (and they popped out randomly which shocked me.) Otherwise, yeah. If you are looking for a chair at this price range and don't get easy upset like I do, then go for it.

Upgrading home office space as partner working from home during lockdown. The chair was delivered earlier than expected and very simple to put together. Very good quality product and very comfortable for a full days work. Would definitely recommend to others particularly at the price.

My ankles used to get heavy and swell after sitting at my computer but I now have a little footrest to elevate them and I look forward to trying this out. So far, I'm very pleased with this chair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This chair is great. Like many others I have set up a home office and spent a long time choosing a chair. The neck support is great and I sit in the chair for 8 hours and find it very comfy. The foot rest is a nice addition allowing alternative sitting positions. I was unsure when I saw the arms were plastic but they do not detract from the comfort and are easy to clean. My only criticism is that the arm rests can't be adjusted but that is only downside of this chair. It looks very smart and appears high quality.
