Very happy with it im 5 foot 8 and its long enough for me with a bit extra (for the seat to slide back) gives a very good workout im only on level 1 and i think there is 16 Seems quality, tho i cant find the distance monitor - i can see time rowed calories and amount of rows Very glad i brought this one and not the smaller ones which are cheaper this is awesome AND I LOVE IT
