I am very pleased with the table and chairs.. it was quite easy to assemble.. the cushion are very nice and seam comfortable .. i have not used it yet .. as it has been far too hot to sit out side ..

Although delivery was quick and the driver was extremely helpful, arranging a return was time consuming and very expensive. Something to consider especially as you are unable to see the product before you buy. It has definitely made us reconsider using this company again.

anonymous 27/02/2025Arrived exactly when expected and exactly as expected. Some of the holes, I struggled to align but eventually I got there! Be prepared there are so many screws...... so I'm going to say is really sturdy and well made. Cushions are lovely thick padded ones and overall delighted!
anonymous 10/06/2024Lovely bit of furniture, easy to put together. Delivery was super fast. Slight issue with delivery as only 4 boxes instead of 5 got delivered. Emailed customer services on the Saturday and by the Monday the missing box had arrived - cannot fault customer services, quality of goods, or experience. I have never used Aosom before, but I will definitely be using again. 10/10 all round!

anonymous 29/04/2024Received this item last week but due to weather only set it up yesterday. Instructions were easy but some parts are a bit fiddly. Rattan set was as stated and good quality, it's very low which was my mistake I didn't read the dimensions so just purchased some chair lifters to hire them.
anonymous 26/08/2023Delivered day following order. Bolts missing but phoned Monday evening and they were delivered following Tuesday excellent customer service. Well made product. Parts all fit. Just make sure you have the right part. And start all the bolts before tightening. Suggest you need screwdriver with Allen key bit. And electric screw driver to tighten. Forget the Allen keys provided. Too time consuming. Also extra bolts and washers provided. Very handy. Excellent. Good value
