Delivery and customer service fine. Product not the quality I expected. The 2 locks for the doors were missing, this was addressed by Aosom reducing the Cold Frame by £10. The wood is lightweight and painted. The paint wasn't very thick and missing on part of the wood that was damaged. I put the damaged part on the inside so not visible. I wouldn't buy again
