Lewis 31/07/2023Good trailer for a bike or scooter. Wheels turn effortlessly. Didnt even notice it was back there riding. You have to watch out, it is wider than your bike or scooter.
Perry 17/06/2023I had an accident the very first trip to the store after purchase and assembly, The photos were of the resultant damage. At first I was told the company does not ship parts, so unless I went the 1 year warranty route I had no recourse. In response to this statement I explained my dilemma, at which time I was treated to constant e-mail communication until the issue was fully and promptly resolved way beyond my reasonable expectations. Timekeeper 07/06/2023One important note. When you get the trailer remove the tire and add some lining to the wheel rim. The thin rubber protector barely covers the spoke ends, which will give you a puncture pretty quick. I added two strips of electrical tape before putting the tubes back in and inflating. No flats for me.
