I saw a few mixed reviews for this rack but decided to take a chance and order it. Overall it is well constructed and really great value for money. It assembles really easily (just make sure you fit the angle bracket at the correct end of the foot bar and everything is straightforward from there). I saw that a few people had said that that the box bar deforms when you tighten the bolts but I would say that they had simply overtightened the bolts! I've been using the rack for a week weeks now (barbell bench presses, squats and press-ups) and it's very stable. I've found that the height options are ideal for the bench I am using (and the length of my arms!!). Overall I would recommend for home use.
