Arrived earlier than expected, I was anticipating it not being there when I returned home as there are a lot of light fingered people who live amongst me! Easy enough to set up apart from the preacher curl attachment as the point of entry to the main bench was somehow dented a little. After a few sharp whacks with a hammer it fit snugly! A little disappointed with the overall weight limit being 120kg as I myself weigh 94kg so doesnt give much scope for the amount of weight I can use. Resistance

OK. so, this is for me to use at home to build strength due to being a bit unwell Yes, it's cheaper than others and you get what you pay for, however, there are more expensive benches that you would achieve less with. It's sturdy, you can achieve the positions needed to work all parts of the body. Bicep curls, triceps, (gotta keep on top of the bingo wing battle) and sit ups are simple to do on here because positioning is made easier, dumbells do not come with this, you need to add some weights for leg workouts, but again, you dont need to spend a fortune, they need to do a job and thats all. The pad at the front is also great if sitting and doing bicep curls etc, plus many others. I can honestly say this is going to last even if it isn't expensive. it does its job very well, sturdy, no wobbles, fits together easily when building (although the instructions aren't great, really it's self explanatory) grab yourself a bargain while it's in the sale.
